You have to FEED your SOUL with things that UPLIFT you, not take you down.
No matter if you are going through injury or not, our mind OUTPUTS a reflection of our INPUT.
How we use the tools we have can determine how mentally equipped we are to reach our DREAMS, even down to how we use social media.
