Episode 11 chats about another opportunity for self-exploration through writing letters to ourselves. These letters are a reminder of where we’ve been and where we’re going. They can motivate us, inspire us or redirect us. They can be from a place of gratitude or goal setting to a promise letter or facing down our deepest fears. The letter choice is up to us and we can write as many as we desire. Let’s get writing.

Resonance breathing assists us in balancing our heart rate, blood pressure, digestion and respiration as well as so many other functions of the body.
