Do you know what a mantra is? It's ok if you don't! A mantra is a word or sentence you can say to yourself every morning when you get up and again throughout your day to help  yourself feel safe, or calm, or brave! You can say things like "Even if I'm nervous,  I can do this." or "I can do big things." G, tell us what your mantra is!
