Jeff Johnson, a true legend of American media, public affairs, advocacy, and organizing sits down with Don for a wide-ranging discussion on Jeff's years as a college athlete and student body president at the University of Toledo, to his time with the NAACP as a youth organizer, the Million Man March, BET's Rap City,  the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, becoming an executive producer of his own BET show ManCave, and most importantly, fatherhood.  This is the first episode the Caucus Room ever recorded, and it's such a long discussion that we made it a two part episode.
