My guest this week is Roop Sandhur. He is my annual camping and Tough Mudder companion, but most importantly a badass friend. 

A modern day Girl-Dad, an expert in Ji-Jitsui and a Podcast host himself. He has an extensive resume having worked in surveillance, the court house system, and, most recently, as a Corrections Officer at the notorious Toronto South Detention Center.
