Analysis paralysis is such a common thing for creatives and chocolatiers. That initial decision to get over the "fear hump" is a big one, but once you do, the chocolate journey becomes so much easier. Entrepreneurship, as a whole, becomes so much easier. 

That's the experience I've had anyways.
