If we are honest with ourselves, we deeply desire to figure
out how to be okay. We want to design our lives so that nothing bothers us, but
everything is structured so that we will be okay. We wander, we strive, we
perpetuate our chaos trying to find our way to be okay. Instead, we have to let
go, open up, and release our obsessions with making everything okay, so that we
can just BE okay. Today, instead of finding the solutions, we will let it all
go, so we can experience okay-ness, experience stability and peace.
