📉 According to BMI, I’m obese.
Yet I just stepped on a bodybuilding stage a few weeks ago, shredded to the bone, abs and veins out, stage-ready between 6–8% body fat… the leanest, healthiest version of myself I’ve ever been.
Obese.
Make that make sense.
