Dubai-based Andreia Brazier is a 4 time Fitness Model World Champion and a 44 year-old mum with 1.2m Instagram followers. She moved from her home of Brazil to London and scraped a living for years before deciding to pursue fitness as a career to turn her fortunes around. In 2012 she decided to chase the dream of achieving peak human performance and as a result dominated international professional fitness for years.
