Because "you" are a jerk, my kindness stands out even more so. And because it does, I just get more stuff from places I frequent. Undoubtedly, it's not just me - it' because they've just had encounters with people that are inconsiderate and not grateful. Being nice pays off for me and, in the spirit of being nice, I just want to share my gratitude towards all the jerks out there that help me get "extra stuff" everywhere I go.
