I started a new thing. Or maybe I just hijacked something trendy sounding for Fridays? Who knows? Anyway, these are going to be mini-episodes I post from time-to-time. As the name "Freestyle Friday" implies, these will be quick episodes off the top of the dome (as my 90's rap fans would say). I just take a topic and address it.  No script, no plan, just in the moment. Which is fitting because this week I talk about how important it is to be present, enjoy, and fully soak up the little things in life that bring you joy and make you happy. Stay present for them and appreciate them. For you they might seem small, but it doesn't matter. What matters is that you recognize those things and be grateful for them.
