Kevin Varitek, RSCC – Down East Wood Ducks Strength & Conditioning Coach
Varitek will be entering his 4th year in professional baseball as the Low-A affiliate strength and conditioning coach for the Texas Rangers. Kevin first joined the Texas organization as a strength and conditioning coach for the DSL Rangers in Fall of 2019. Prior to this, he served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Boston Red Sox’s Rookie-level Gulf Coast League affiliate. The Chicagoland native earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida Gulf Coast University. He also holds a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) license from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
