So often we are just not aware of the things we are thinking or the things we are doing. But once we become aware then we have the choice to change it. One simple practice to increase awareness is to write down a page of thoughts every day. This gives us perspective on the things we are thinking and ultimately allows us to choose to keep that pattern of thinking or to change it.
