Nancy, Bess, George and Ned are all in New Orleans visiting a friend of Ned's, Brian Seaton, when Brian's father is accused of stealing a painting of his late wife--which his cousin owns?!

It's a very convoluted and, at times, dysfunctional mystery. Can Nancy prove Bartholomew Seaton's innocence? Or is he guilty? Is there a larger art heist at scheme here?
