Are you one of those that gets excited about learning new information?... if so, how long has it been since your last training event, 3 months-6 months or more than a year?
Regardless of your chosen career, everyone needs updated training and learning new information, but those in the auto repair industry should be practicing continual improvement, with short intervals between trainings just to stay relevant!
As Ben Franklin had quoted- Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement and success have no meaning.
This week, I wanted to share this message to help encourage the pursuit of knowledge, seek out training to continue education… not only to help you become a better technician, or more successful business owner, but to become a better person altogether!
