Junko Furuta was a well liked, responsible, and wholesome 17 year old who resided in Tokyo, Japan. She had big dreams of becoming a star post her graduation and enjoyed spending time with her friends, family, and at work. But her life was tragically cut short after a group of teenage monsters kidnapped her and brutally tortured for over 40 days.
