So much of the women's health narrative has included the scale and weight loss and the idea of focusing most on less, skinnier, smaller. But when it comes to long-term, longevity health - shifting our mindset is imperative.


The truth is, BMI and Weight on the scale give an inaccurate picture of what's really happening on a deeper level inside our bodies. What about water? What about muscle mass vs. fat mass? What about visceral fat and getting a clearer picture around the kind of "shape" our bodies are in metabolically?
