In this week’s podcast episode, I wanted to address the ladies who are dating men that are much YOUNGER or much OLDER than they are. I’ve seen some really interesting situations lately where women are dating men ten to fifteen years younger than them and wonder why things are not working well between them. Likewise, I also see younger women dating men who are much older (fifteen to twenty years older!) and this can have pitfalls as well.
