  • Episode 168- “Getting On The Same Page With Your Partner About Money” w/ Chris and Ericka Young
In this week’s episode of the podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing Chris and Ericka Young of the For Better And Worth podcast. We discussed some ways for couples to get on the same page about how they manage and spend their money. As we know, the statistics tell us that money is one of the major reasons why couples divorce. Listen to this episode to get some insights on how you and your significant other can talk about money with ease.
Let me tell you a little bit about The Youngs:
Chris has mastered the art of the deal as a business and sales professional for 20+ years. Ericka has helped 500+ clients and various corporate audiences get real and naked with money for 18 years. Together they have leveraged this corporate and real-world experience for their own bottom line. Most importantly, Chris and Ericka have been married for nearly 25 years. They both grew up in single-parent households and didn’t have a lot of excess money to go around.
As a result, they wanted to provide a more stable foundation for their two daughters. Chris and Ericka have successfully become millionaires, helped one daughter graduate from college debt-free and the other one is on her way. Through their podcast, For Better & Worth, they are here to show you that a healthy net worth and a happy, lasting relationship is possible.

  • Episode 161: Is It Games? Or Is It What’s Beneficial For Feminine Women!
In this week’s episode of the podcast, I want to unpack several comments that a few male influencers made on my post on Instagram where another man expressed the importance of women waiting to have sex with men. This man also said that it was important for a woman to make a man EARN access to her body. The one word that he used in the clip was “game” and this is why the male influencers had a problem with it. The man’s advice was to “make him chase you” and I knew what he meant by that. The male influencers said that women often “play games” and that is why men don’t want to deal with them.
I, of course, beg to differ. I believe that this man’s advice was beneficial for the feminine energy woman and that she should apply this advice with EVERY man moving forward. Yes ladies, a man should PURSUE you. He should be showing you with actions and words what his intention is for pursuing you. When you love and respect yourself, this isn’t a “game” but your STANDARD! When you have a rich, full life, you are not available every time a man calls or texts. You have things to do that make you feel fulfilled.

  • Episode 162: “Adopting The Masculine Blueprint and Embodiment Practices” w/ GS Youngblood
In this week’s episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing the author of “The Masculine in Relationship- A Blueprint for Inspiring the Trust, Lust, and Devotion of a Strong Woman”. His name is GS Youngblood and he has in my humble opinion written a book that I believe EVERY man should read! Yes, the book is THAT good!
We are discussing the three-part framework that makes up the masculine core as well as some embodiment practices that men can use to get even more grounded and calm their nervous systems. Take a listen to this episode to learn more and please give me your thoughts in teh comments.
GS Youngblood is the author of “The Masculine in Relationship” and “The Art of Embodiment for Men”. He coaches men to be more grounded in their masculine energy, AND more relational with their feminine partners. Teaching through the lens of Masculine leadership, he pulls in principles from a variety of fields: psychology, martial arts, tango, meditation, and BDSM. All of his teachings are filtered through the experiences of his and his clients’ real-world, long-term relationships to see what actually works and what doesn’t.

  • Episode 160: It’s Time To GROW UP!
In this week’s episode, I felt the need to deliver some strong “medicine” to my ladies who are on their feminine journey. It’s important that we do the INNER work, and not just level up how we look or what we wear. I am seeing too many women who want to do what grown women do but refuse to ACT like a grown mature woman! I hope you all receive this with the love and care that is behind it and if it isn’t for you, then please share this episode with someone you believe needs to hear it.

  • Episode 159: “Why Waiting Works” w/ Rob Kowalski of City Fam
Ladies, this is THE podcast episode I have been waiting on! I want to introduce you to my guest Rob Kowalski and let you listen in on our conversation about abstaining from sex until marriage. I ordered Rob’s book the night before and all I can say is WOW! Now, you may hear from other male content creators and influencers that “no man will wait until marriage” but Rob is dispelling that myth!
Let me tell you a little bit about Rob:
Rob Kowalski is a self-professed “reformed bad boy” with a riveting personal testimony. Raised by a single mother with an eighth-grade education who got pregnant with him at age of 14 years, Rob went on to become the most sought-after male stripper and then nightlife king of Baltimore, the city he grew up in. At 27 years of age, he had a radical encounter with Jesus Christ, at which point he “did the most radical 180 a person can do” giving up his life of casual sex and addictions.
Rob is now widely considered the #1 authority on sex, waiting for the right person, and overcoming loneliness in life during the wait. He is a best-selling author of Why Waiting Works, a coach, speaker and host of Kowalski Analysis Podcast. His video entitled 10 Reasons Not To Have Sex Before Marriage made him a viral sensation on YouTube and became the #1 video in the world on the subject with almost 2 million views. But his role as founder of CityFam, the global movement of “friends with better benefits” on a mission to end loneliness is closest to his heart.

  • Episode 158: “How To Put An End To Blaming and Shaming In Your Relationship” w/Gaby Sundra
In this week’s episode of the podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing Gaby Sundra of For Better Love. She and her husband Raj took their own marriage and transformed it into something wonderful and now they teach other couples how to do the same. They use a four cornerstone approach; Play, Peace, Passion and Pro-Active. Gaby has created courses for couples to help them improve their communication, creating marriage maps and learning how to “fight clean and keep the sex dirty”!
Take a listen to this week’s episode as we discuss ways to put an end to the blaming and shaming in your relationship.
While she has a Master’s degree in Education, Counseling and Guidance and 25 years of coaching and teaching experience, it is Gaby Sundra’s own “messy-to-magical” marriage that allows her relationship guidance to be so spot on.
Her innovative methods at For Better Love are fiercely forward focused, gently shifting any negativity into concrete action steps. She’s a wiz at supporting couples in not just digging themselves out of a relationship ditch but cultivating a couple culture of “aiming for awesome”.
