In this week’s episode, I wanted to discuss health and fitness. It may be a hard episode to listen to BUT it’s necessary to help you to not only look and feel better but also to appeal to that high-value, masculine man that you all want! Yes, ladies, there are some things that most men want in a high-value, feminine energy woman, and being healthy and fit is one of them. Even the richest men in the world ascribe to this. I researched over 25 wealthy men and found pictures of what their wives looked like and I was surprised to see that they were of average looks (most of them) but they were all fit and within healthy standards of BMI.
I’m not just concerned with what the men think, I want you to feel good FOR YOU!! I want you to look at yourself in a mirror and LOVE what is looking back at you. I want you to live a long time and to be comfortable in your own skin. We all have the ability to be the BEST version of ourselves and we should never stop trying to grow and learn.
