In this week’s podcast episode, I am discussing the importance of only engaging with men who are ACTIVELY interested in you. I have talked and talked to so many men and women about this topic of men pursuing women and the idea that “men are hunters” and they like the chase. I get so much push back from men who insist that a woman should be able to “shoot her shot” at a man and that the woman should also be pursuing men or they won’t know if she is interested. Ladies, my stance on this one just isn’t going to change.

If you seek to be the feminine energy in your relationship with a masculine man, then you can’t have it both ways (and neither can the man)! Either you are choosing to be the feminine who will flirt, give eye contact, and smile OR you will be the masculine who will initiate by approaching, and messaging, or speaking first. Remember, the words of Dr. Pat Allen, “he who speaks FIRST is male”!

I am also going to give you valuable information so you don’t find yourself pursuing a man who really isn’t interested in YOU like that! I see too many women who begin to lean in with a man and think that because he isn’t shutting them down or he is accepting their advances that it means he wants them! To some degree, all men are receptively interested in women. We have something that most men want and so if you decide you want to give it to them for “free” they will take it!
