This is a soothing restorative yoga sequence practiced lying down. You can do this sequence on the floor or (if you have enough space) even in your bed.
While all necessary precautions to create a safe yoga practice for people with visual impairments, yoga classes require a high level of responsibility and self-awareness to avoid injury to yourself and others. Please note that you assume full and sole responsibility for your own body and safety by partaking in any online class with HERU Yoga for the Blind. You are physically fit and have no medical condition, which would prevent you from participating in this yoga class. There is absolutely no guarantee that you will not suffer injury from participation in HERU Yoga for the Blind nor is it guaranteed that your fitness, health, or wellbeing will improve as a result of participation in these classes. If you are recovering from an injury or have recently been pregnant it is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding your participation in this specialised yoga class. Please note that the offered classes are not suitable for those being pregnant or having been pregnant recently (12weeks must have passed).
