Can you believe it… we are at our Season 6 finale!

In today’s episode, Bernadette and I share with you our ANTI GOALS as we start planning for 2024.  

That means we share with you the what and the how we will stop doing things that suck energy out of us. It’s an annual practice that I came across and wanted to try in 2024 vs the standard “new years resolution.” Can you relate?

We also added a twist into today’s episode to make it fun and give YOU some insight into mine and Bernadette’s lives… We both answered random questions from an interview deck, which was so fun to do!
