But being vulnerable is the most quintessential part of being alive - to self, others, at work and to our communities at large for us to feel fulfilled, joyous, lead happier lives and feel a sense of contribution and impact through relaying our true intent (thoughts and feelings) throughout the course of our lives.
Hence, in this episode, we will cover - what is vulnerability, what are the myths around it, what are some areas of life we should be vulnerable in, why do many of us run away from vulnerability, why we should in fact be vulnerable and how to be vulnerable in order to lead a more wholesome, fulfilling, content, jooud and peaceful life.
