After a long day of school and work, I decided to sit down and reflect on my week! And with this weekly reflection came reminiscing on family ties that needed to be cut in order for me to become an individual and embrace who I am outside of their gaze.

Sometimes in order for you to make new self-discoveries, you have to re-establish boundaries with the people that once aided the suppression of your individualism.

This is my first solo podcast episode and I am excited that I was able to be vulnerable with you all once again, because that is one of the main reasons I started this!
