As the end of the year approaches and the end of Season 1, this episode granted me the opportunity to do some deep introspection!
I have learned so much about myself in 2020 and I apply all the lessons to my everyday experiences. As I walk into 2021, I hope to continue to remind myself of my growth and the journey I am on!
Some of the lessons include knowing I am enough, how to get out of toxic relationships, and separating overachieving and overcommitting.
