On this episode we continue where we left off on Episode 11 with my dear friend Lavena Whitley.

Lavena continues to explore her journey whilst doing her Teacher Training at the Secondary School in London we both worked at. Needless to say the process of becoming a NQT for Lavena was very difficult but not only that Lavena was now working alongside teachers who she had worked with as a support member of staff in their class who were not as supportive to her transition.
