Episode 12 - Coming out of Lockdown

Listen Later

The guys have found the podcast really helpful in that it helps them to talk about their own Mental Health and by doing so hopefully we have encouraged others to do the same and check in on their friends.

This week Tom, Jake and Martin talk about how they feel coming out of Lockdown and how it could be tough. We have all learnt to live our lives in Lockdown and getting back to "normal Life" can/will take time.

Tom also had a look online on MIND.org.uk and found that they have a "Helping someone else" page that listeners can find useful if they wish to help their friends and family. It is important to listen to people, as well as being able to talk about your feelings it's important to be there for those around us and listen as well.

The boys all discuss a few listener questions. As always If anyone can help us get Tony Hibbert (Everton FC Legend) onto the podcast you would make Jakes life. Please check in on your family and friends, as them what they have had for dinner. It is a great conversation starter.
