It is important to listen to people, as well as being able to talk about your feelings it's important to be there for those around us and listen as well.

This week Tom, Jake and Martin are joined by School Friend, Marathon Runner and All Round Top Bloke Luke Bennett. Luke speaks about how he has found lockdown. Luke is also very open to talk about his trip to America when he was younger to complete a Golf Scholarship explaining how he believes he put too much pressure on himself at a young age to have it all figured out. He is doing amazingly well now which is great to see.

In the week football has faced the potential Super League, The guys feel they do not have the facilities to discuss such a matter, but are glad to see the plans fall through. We do discuss a few theories on Line of Duty.

It is now week 7 and we still haven't made any money, Jake is not happy with this and looks to be joining another more popular podcast in the near future if we don't change this soon. We practise our selling techniques and hopefully impress some companies to get in touch. If you would like to advertise through Brit-Pod please message our Instagram and we can sort something out.
Martin tells a story on how he managed to kick a football into a ladies face while she was taking a nap in the park.
We also have Martin sweating, he has promised that if our episode 6 receives more than 100 listens before the 12th April he will let Tom and Jake cut his hair. We are now half way there, please share the podcast and get our listens up to that magic number.
We spoke this week about why we believe depression and anxiety are more common now than in our parents era.
