Todays conversation is with Russell Stolzoff.

Russell is a practitioner, researcher and member of the Dr Ida Rolf Institute’s Advanced Faculty. Russell has been a practitioner for the past 31 years, has served as the Chair of the Rolf Institute’s Board of Directors, and Chaired DIRI’s Executive Education Committee. His research at Western Washington University examined the effects of Structural Integration on soccer athletes and was presented at International Fascia Research Congress in 2018 and 2015. In 2011 Russell formed Stolzoff Sportworks to bring the benefits of Rolfing Structural Integration to professional athletes. Russell lives and practices in Bellingham, Washington.
