Our recent COVID-19 National Renter Study clearly shows renewal likelihood is directly linked to the amount and frequency of pandemic-related communication distributed by management teams. Current renters speak out on what their teams are and are not doing at this time, and how it all plays into their experience and intent to renew in the future.
