This week we’re talking about shredding the gnar that is change. One of our listeners sent in a message about how messy it feels to go through multiple moves, changing relationships, and becoming a mom, and despite being where she always wanted to be in life, how difficult it still is to go through changing seasons. And it’s so true! Change is inherently just really difficult to experience. Going through it, especially in your 20’s, can bring up such a range of emotions from grief, fear & sadness, to joy, confidence & gratitude, sometimes in the same day. Even when you “get to where you want to be in life,” you’re not exempt from change, or the emotions of it all. So in this episode, we’re exploring change mostly through the lenses of moving to new cities & changing jobs & what it feels like in that in-between.
