In this episode, I had the amazing opportunity to sit down with Carlos Ferri after he won the Sydney Young Entrepreneur Award for 2019.

Now in their second year for Australia's largest city, the gala awards were held in Sydney to recognise and celebrate Sydneys leading businesspeople under 40.

The initiative unearthed more than 60 nominees who collectively turn over hundreds of millions of dollars a year while creating jobs across the country and abroad.

One of Carlos Ferri's well-known businesses is Zapala Go, which develops software for the transport logistics, freight forwarding and warehousing industries.
