Helllouu Friday! We hope you have had an intentional and artsy week! Welcome to Episode #12 where we talk all about GROUNDING. The good, healthy, and rooted kind 🌳 In episodes past, we have mentioned using grounding as a tool to find your center and get back to your own rhythms. Trust us, we use this one the most! It’s the very foundation we continue to build our self-love on. ✨Acknowledging those thoughts and feelings that aren’t anchored with our own understanding is step 1. ✨NĂşmero dos: Remind yourself that you are in NO WAY that feeling you are feeling. ✨NĂşmero tres: Bring yourself back to the present moment with your senses. ✨NĂşmero quatro: Give yourself the permission to remain present and let go of the things you cannot control. ✨NĂşmero cinco: Continue to gift yourself the presents of your presence every time you need space or reflection. Grounding yourself is a beautiful, self-empowering, and ever evolving practice. To know you can actively sort through those dusty, bad-for-you files in your head and fill them with the “How I Stay Present Bro” documents, is to know of the need to heal a true love for yourself. This kind of self-awareness opens plenty of doors for higher frequencies and helps you to secure an upward momentum toward a healthier mind, body, and spirit. And, this type of nurtured place is where we have room for inspiration, where we can explore our own creativity, and where we hold the confidence to speak our truths.
