Sometimes we need the just do it attitude, but other times that just doesn’t seem to do the trick. We are human. We will sometimes feel deflated and rundown. It takes truly checking in with YOU everyday and asking simple questions to answer if the things you are paying attention to are feeding your true soul intention. Be active on the search for your pilot light and begin to envision how you’d like to fire it up and grow it, what you want it to look like, and what little steps can be taken to fulfill your goals. Move closer to it daily by filling your space with affirmations, people that vibe high, and healthy, sustainable habits.
