Happy Friday Soul Builders! Welcome to episode 13. Today we hash out a tough topic: PAIN. The difficult, the inevitable, and the tough stuff. It’s so important to acknowledge what we are going through, to open up, and face our most vulnerable emotions. As we trek through our own kind of pain and the way we digest the stress, we can begin a process of learning how we arrived there and the ways to nurture it. This kind of acceptance helps us achieve a much higher frequency for our mind, body, and soul. When we encompass all that we are, we become our most pure, authentic, and genuine selves. On a more empathetic note, taking inner action to become self-aware of our feelings, helps us not only to honor our own pains, but to allow other people to experience pain the way they need to. We cannot take the reigns on someone else’s pain and tell them how to feel. We must give people the much needed space and grace to honor their own path. It is when one practices such mindful action that they will find true solace for themselves and another. Coming back to the quote of the week by Rumi - “The cure for pain is in the pain.” At some point we must look directly at our heartache and work through it in our own unique way so it will finally get its resting place. Thank you for joining our real and raw episode today. Have a great weekend and see you Monday ☀️ Xoxo, J&D Have an affirmation or story you’d like to share?
