Happy Friday Soul Builders and welcome to episode #14. We are here to recognize the things that keep us from evolving and we are splitting up with all things bad for us. What are you “married” to? Are you truly in love with it? Sometimes we get so lost in our everyday comforts and daily regimens that we don’t even question those common things that may actually be holding us back. Where in your life can you step back for a moment and review how certain habits or interactions keep you from elevating? Becoming more self aware in your space and acknowledging the things that we consider as daily nuances actually helps us to understand our bigger picture. Where are we headed? Do we have genuine support? How can we express our inner self more clearly? We can break things down by asking these simple questions to ourselves. Are we in alignment? If not, we must adjust. Making small movements in the direction of your passions, your happiness, and your values gives you room to break apart and let go of things that do not serve or give back.
