We all have unique ways of handling our emotions, yet so often I see women stuck in their emotions, suppressing their emotions and unable to process their feelings, leading them to feel stuck and blocked. This happens because emotions are energy in motion and if we are unable to move this energy, we will remain stagnant and stuck, only attracting more of this lower vibrational emotion. As the emotions we feel become the energy we emit. Meaning our emotions will attract more of that type of emotion and energy.
In today's episode of Soulful Chats, I share with you how to identify your emotions using the Emotional Guidance Scale, how to handle your emotions, understanding the stories behind your emotions and the meanings you may be creating about your emotions. Plus share with you many tips and practices to release and shift your emotions so you can get back to feeling a higher vibrational emotion, like joy in your life!
We do not have to be at the mercy of our emotions. We just have to know how to handle them, so we can return to feeling good and as a result of feeling good, we attract more of what we desire in our life. Let's do this!
