Now it is going to vary person to person, some people can put themselves in the gym 5-7 days a week and be fine. Most not ideally. The next thing is to run a split that will be the most sustainable across time. My favourite is upper lower 2-4 days per week or full body 1-4 days per week. I go through how many sets you want to hit your muscles per week. In addition I go into the best way to maintain that anabolic signal and best splits.
