On the podcast today we welcome Daisy Cooil. Apart from being a Yorkshire lass, she has accomplished some tremendous things at such a young age. Daisy is currently on the GB Olympic programme for Paris 2024 and the England National Talent Squat. Without taking up this whole page of her sporting achievements I’ll list just a few:

Among all of these achievements and plenty more, she has just finished her first year at King’s College London proving how much she has achieved in such a small space of time.
