Overview:

Mages have constantly been a staple class in PVP.  Strictly a DPS class they can bring significant damage dealing to the group as well as crowd controlling abilities which synergize well to other classes.  They have been deemed the “glass cannon” due to their ability to deal great damage, but also get damaged.  Mages have three specs based on the schools of magic: Arcane, Fire and Frost.
