In this episode, Brady and Hannah share some fundamental nutrition principles that they developed through trial and error while running NCAA Dll track and cross country. Their nutrition principles center around primarily Whole Foods that are bioavailable, digestible and nutrient dense. A handful of these include: red meat, fatty fish (sardines & salmon), sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli, white rice, and low fodmap carbohydrates.
