This weeks episode I cover things that pertain to communication. It isn't like it used to be that is for sure. I discuss the need to have a multi level approach to communicating and why text messages are the work of the devil. Also we discuss the need for non verbal communication on the job site.
Nothing we do is new, it has all been done before. The difference that separates the good ones from the not so good ones, is who is willing to put in the work. #wwg1wga I will give you enough to seek out on your own, so you can think and act independently and as a stand alone Superintendent. Being confident and independent is a important in being successful as a Superintendent.
