So many great questions. So many awesome reflections. Lots of learning, unlearning and unpacking what truly serves our bodies and brains best. Especially as we move through different life transitions, manage hormonal fluctuations and so much more.


In one of the surveys I asked feedback in - I received a great comment that asked the following - "how do we do this? I love all the information, but how do we balance taking care of all of these different aspects to wellness with out burning out?" And my best answer is this...
