If it’s been too long since you’ve seen the sun (literal and figurative) this episode is for you. Being in a storm that you don’t want to be in is hard, today I am sharing what has helped me to feel better in a storm/ sucky situation, how to reduce suffering, and most of all just to be someone sitting in the storm with you.
