I have decided that it’s time to finally tackle my Social Anxiety. There are 4 goals I have set out for myself that I feel would be the ultimate proof that I am learning the self confidence I lack. It’s scary, but I also know that if I don’t expose myself, it won’t ever get better. So here it is, my first Social Anxiety Challenge.
