Episode 121 is about the disappearance and Murder of Vanessa Guillen.  Vanessa Guillen was a 20-year-old soldier stationed at Ft.  Hood in Texas.  She was missing for 2 months before her remains were found.  The motive behind her murder is unclear with a couple theories. The man who murdered her took his own life after escaping military custody.  It was discovered after the murder he disposed of the remains with the assistance of his married girlfriend Ceciy Aguilar.
