In 1988 sisters Ericka and Julie Ingram were at Bible Camp when they were hit with a sudden memory. It was a memory of being sexually abused by their father, Paul Ingram - the Deputy Sheriff of Thurston County in Washington.

As time passed their stories became more and more terrifying; they were remembering robed men attacking them, sacrificing babies and drinking blood. Were these memories real? What had really happened?
