With this episode, we continue our review of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. This is Season 5, Episode 18 where we go over Chapter 17 - Educational Decree Number Twenty-Four. Umbridge must have found out somehow that Harry, Hermione, and Ron are up to no good because they are met with a new Educational Decree the Monday right after their first Defensive Magic group meeting. Shortly afterwards, a hurt Hedwig returns from having been to see Sirius. Looks like Umbridge is trying to make communication inside and outside of Hogwarts every difficult. Not to mention what happens later that night with Sirius! Oh, you don't know what happened? Stay tuned and we'll let you know!
