In this episode, I revisit quite possibly the WORST diet I’ve ever seen, as well as what an incredibly lazy meal plan looks like. Watch me attempt to hold back my anger and disgust as I completely rip the most irresponsible types of “diets” that are circulating within the health & fitness space. The purpose here is to create some awareness as to what destructive diets, nonsensical supplements, and piss poor meal planning look like...so you can stay away from them and save yourself the misery and frustration.
